I have found that whenever I ask (or don't ask) for peoples' opinions regarding our baby name choices, there are strong feelings. Some of you preferred our other names but in the end, Jason truly loved Emmett, and I came to appreciate that he really connected with that name.
So there is no going back now, our 4th child is Emmett Anderson Hansen. I would ask a favor though. Perhaps you can reference this in the future and remind Jason that I don't always get my way!

Congratulations!!! He is definitely a Hansen. So sweet and cuddly. I love the name Emmett too. Blends in well with all the other sibs names. I'm happy to bring a meal anytime.

Well, Hello! Emmett Anderson Hansen. (Could the binkie photo be any cuter?) As an aside, though, I may still have to side with Jason, the odds are SO stacked against him!
The chance(s) of him "winning" again any time soon are slim.....

Emmett is adorable! I love how that binky illustrates how tiny he is.

So we can call Carolyn Esme. Would that make Jackson Edward? He's handsome enough :) After reading all of the other names in your previous post, I love Emmett the best by far. Great choice, and very sweet to let daddy have his favorite. Dan got his favorite Christmas tree this year (even though I don't love it), so maybe it is the season of the daddy's.
